Sometimes the greatest spark to keep learning doesn’t come from books or courses, but from the people you get to work alongside.

I got an email this week that reminded me of how thankful I am for those people who let me jibber jab. It reminded me how powerful it is when someone you admire takes the time to reflect your light back to you.

The little girl in me, the one who always felt “not smart enough”, (ever since that teacher told me I wasn't smart because I spelt teacher "teecher") is still in awe when that happens. It’s a reminder that encouragement and recognition are not small gestures. They are fuel. They inspire us to lean in, grow, and show up with even more purpose.

Grateful for the colleagues and mentors who remind us of who we are, and who we can become. Never hold back on a opportunity to share the awe you have of others- you might just be sparking the next great idea.

Also ... Miles is my sons absolute favorite- feels serendipitous.
